No Customs Surprises, Ever

All Paipite orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). That means customs duties, import taxes, and fees are included in your purchase price. You'll never get an unexpected bill from the carrier. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Period.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on all US orders over $80. Orders under $80 ship for a flat rate of $5.95.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery to the US takes 7-14 business days from shipment. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States. International shipping to additional countries is coming soon.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. You'll receive updates via email as your package makes its way to you.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within 21 business days, contact us at contact@paipite.com. We'll investigate with the carrier and either locate your package or send a replacement.
