Our Promise
We want you to love your Paipite piece. If something doesn't feel right, we'll make it right.
Return Policy
- 14-day return window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all packaging and tags
- Personalized or custom items cannot be returned
How to Return
- Email us at contact@paipite.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back in its original packaging
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we'll cover return shipping.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Contact us at contact@paipite.com to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
